Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good and the food and service were excellent. We stayed in an upper suite close to the road. The suite was a good size with everything you need for a short stay. Unfortunately soundproofing is not great, we were woken at 5am tge first day by a neighbor making a lot of noise. The second night sleep was disturbed by the fog horn sounding across the bay due to the weather. If you can tolerate wearing ear plugs to bed I'd recommend them. The second issue that led to a poor nights sleep was the poorly fitting blinds. They gave blackout blinds but the way they are hung left a 2 inch gap which allowed anyone outside to see in and more importantly they let a lot of light in. Tge upper unit also has a long window in the vaulted roof which had no window covering at all so the room was very light all night and especially early morning. Again if you can tolerate sleeping with an eye mask this would be recommended. Overall a nice property and excellent staff, but I really didn't get much sleep during the 2 nights we stayed.

It’s a wonderful tranquil retreat.The rooms are either ocean views or rainforest views.The suites are large and comfortable.The bathroom is huge and spa like.There’s a balcony with seating that you can enjoy off the living area.The kitchenette is well supplied with pots,pans and utensils.There is a full size fridge.We really enjoyed our stay.Check for special deals as you can a lot in off seasons.

Beautiful view of the rainforest and the ocean from our balcony. Fantastic view from the cold plunge and the hot tub. Beautiful art displayed on the lobby walls as well as sculptures.
