An easy stay!
Convenient location. Helpful service. Clean and high on tech. Rooms are small without much floor space and you can't control the heat but you have everything you need. A simple and easy stay. I would stay at this hotel and similar brand hotels in the future.

Clean, no-frill property in the Kabukicho area of Shinjuku. Not a lot of amenities and the area is surrounded by host/hostess bars, with the occasional prostitutes soliciting on the street. Close to Korean restaurants and the Shinjuku Donquixote (less crowded than the one in Kabukicho). Walk to Shinjuku station is about 15 min and one will pass by many restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues along the way - definitely a more “colorful” side of the Tokyo night life. The rooms are clean and efficient. Everything needed is in the room. The small size of the room means that there are no closets or storage spaces, but the space beneath the bed is sufficient to store large luggage. In-room WiFi is fast and sufficient for working and surfing the net. Bathrooms are small but has a deep soaking tub and decent water-pressure shower heads. Overall the experience is fine and one gets what one pays for. Efficient use of space makes the small rooms easy to navigate and comfortable. For budget conscious travelers who enjoys the hustles and bustles of Kabukicho this is an appropriate choice.

Nice hotel and although the room is small there is space below the bed to store your luggage. Which seems to be many complaints but guest about the size of the room. I did have an issue with the TV and no television reception at all. So all i had was the video on demand. But the room was there for me to sleep anyway so it wasn’t a big deal.
