I stayed at this property for 10 nights. The property is well run and I enjoyed my stay, mostly. Prior to my arrival, the staff contacted me through Expedia and the WhatsApp messaging platform. I provided my passport information to them through WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out was easy.
Unit was clean upon arrival and all amenities were working. The unit had high ceilings and a loft, which I did not use. The washing machine was very nice to have since I was staying for such a long period. Japanese apartments do not have dryers, but there is a coin laundry down the street which you could use to dry your clothes. The small fridge was sufficient to store my groceries and leftovers. There was an iron, ironing board, small fan, one burner, hot water pitcher, microwave, plates, cups, pans, pots, and utensils - all nice to have.
The location was extremely convenient, the Higashi-Shinjuku station around the corner will take you directly to the main Shinjuku station. Shin-Okubo station was a 10 minute walk west and is on the Yamanote line.
The only major issue that would prevent me from staying here is again are the EXTREMELY thin walls. To the staff's credit, there are signs posted warning about loud stomping and noises. My European neighbors above me were obnoxious with their constant stomping at 1 a.m. in the morning. You could also hear your neighbors coughing and sneezing easily.
