Great location, great breakfast, great stay.

Great spot. We’ll be back here at some point I’m sure. Clean and small economy rooms which are perfect for couples who pack a little lighter. Breakfast has no right to be that good, it’s fantastic. Excellent location.

Stayed here on our first part of our Japan trip and we are glad we did. The hotel was excellent! The staff were phenomenal, perfect customer service and very friendly and helpful. No complaints with our hotel room either, the size was perfect for two people. We really enjoyed the location as it had lots of dining options all around it and the stations were only a 10 minute walk max and then you could get anywhere into the city. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I love the location, so many delicious restaurants nearby and even a 7/11 down stairs that is connected to the hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the train station and close to Shibuya, Ginza, etc. This is my second time staying here and the staff are lovely, came with a bit larger of a group this time and one of the staff seemed frustrated/rude which I understand since it is a hassle and this seems to be a business hotel, but I still feel it was worth a mention.

It was so convenient being above a mart. The front staff were so helpful and friendly, bringing us our luggage we had shipped from Kyoto. After that we didn't really need to engage. Lots of people going in and out, plenty of elevators. It was about 10-15 min walk to the trains and convenient for us to get around Tokyo. It's also in an area near lots of restaurants and some cafes.

Great stay in Akasaka

Akasaka is away from the hustle / bustle from tourist places. Hotel in between 2 Metro stations. Rooms are cozy but ok for longer stay with great Onsen facilities

Clean and quiet

Room was clean and quiet. I wish though that they would have more than one pillow on the bed. I asked at front desk for extra pillow but they said they didn’t have any. Hotel is in good location, 5 minutes walk to Harry Potter cafe and close to metro stations.
