Good location but small and old room
Location is awesome. Building is okay but the condition of room is a bit old. Considering location, it is worth to stay. Air conditioning system is strange. When I checked in, it was in cold setting and I cannot change even in January. Later, it has been changed to hot and fan. However, I cannot control.

Very happy with our stay at this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, which is now a nicety post pandemic. The room is also spacious by Japanese standard. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. The location is surprising peaceful and quiet considering how close it is to the Shibuya Scramble, one of the busiest intersections in the world.

Solo traveler here, the room is small but I only use it to store my bag and sleep. Definitely a great price when comparing to other expensive hotels and in a good location. Everything was clean and the staff were awesome. Free coffee in the lounge area and the restaurant in front was actually good, I enjoyed a steak dinner and drinks on the outside patio.

It’s very easy to go to Shibuya station. Fantastic! Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful except one male staff member with limited English language skill. His attitude can be further improved.
