Disappointed

Very disappointed, I had a change of plans due to a loss and was not able to receive a refund or a credit. Called the hotel never got through to anyone who could help. Sent emails, wrote to hotels . Com to help. they wrote back to me letting me know the hotel wasn’t answering them either. I understand there is a refund vs non refund option but I did not plan on someone passing. The worst part is that they still have not called me back like someone at front staff said they would. Even if I could have gotten a credit to use another night and pay the difference if it wasn’t the same price I would be fine with that. But it’s the horrible communication that I received. I’ve stayed here before in the past and I thought it would be nice to visit again. Not very accommodating at all. They now have a 3.8 on google which has gone down since September when I stayed here and now I’m understanding why.

Comfortable but could use some attention to detail

I might be a bit picky but seeing a hair, not matter how small in the bathtub induces the "ick". There was no hand soap (pump or otherwise) by the sink in the bathroom so I had to turn to the bath each time to get body wash for washing my hands. Lotion would have also been a nice add although I imagine it was not provided to reduce plastic waste.

The Chelsea Hotel in Toronto is a great place to stay and very affordable. It has a welcoming and pet friendly atmosphere with courteous and attentive staff who make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Plus, the convenient location makes it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. Five star customer service!

Excellent service, as this is our go to when staying in Toronto. Parking was only complaint. Not enough charging stations for EV vehicles. Hope they add more. only 2 for the entire hotel. Other than that everything else was great,

Nothing special but clean and well situated. Lots of parking available underground but tight corners. Reasonably priced for the area. Room has a coffee maker but there are options for breakfast within the hotel. We also had a fridge in our room which we appreciated.
