Great stay…could use some cleaning equipment for winter months
All good except there’s no mop or broom. We came after snow, abd without a mop, the downstairs every way got very dirty and muddy we trued to keep it confined to the downstairs, but there’s also no floor mats to wipe shoes either. At minimum, a mop abd broom would be super useful.

House was perfect for our trip
The house was a perfect solution for my family with plenty of space for all of us. The location was a little farther from Toronto than I anticipated and still had construction in the neighborhood's. However neither affected our stay significantly and I was really happy with the stay.

Return to our old hometown
We stayed 6 nights, ending Dec. 2nd which had us in town for a celebration of a family birthday. Beds were comfortable, first floor open concept was more than adequate for our visiting friends and family for visits. Hot water was limited, not sure about reason. Kitchen was reasonably stocked for our needs. Location was perfect as we knew the area and easily found all we needed. Parking for more than one car was very handy.

Spacious and new townhouse
Responsive host. The inside of the house is very clean and spacious. Limited toilet paper supply. It’s just a bit dusty and muddy outside as the other area is still under development.
The property condition and location are just as described. The owner was responsive and flexible. I gave cleanliness, property condition and property area 4 because there are still constructions in the neighborhood which made the house a little bit dusty and the roads somewhat "muddy". These were absolutely not the owner's responsibilities but I just wanted to give an honest review. Other than these, it was a great stay.
