Heating didn't work, staff very helpful and put 2 heaters in, one clicked it sparked blue - left it off. People next door had tv far too loud, staff rang them and was turned off. Our tv only had sound, no picture. Window was very drafty due to a huge gap

Pleasant staff but the room was terrible, dark and dingy and the bed was uncomfortable. I had to wait 20 minutes for hot water for the shower which was also useless.This hotel needs major renovation and in my opinion,was way too expensive for the room i recieved.

Beautiful view

Pros: The views are beautiful , everything was perfect
Cons: Was happy with everything
Location: Well situated tourqay one side and Paignton the other way plenty to do
We had a lovely 3 night stay , hotel was lovely , staff were friendly , food was delicious couldn't fault anything , will stay here again 😊

Great hotel

Cons: No
Location: Lots to do very central
Staff very helpful.Very clean and the food fabulous.Brilliant value for money.
