The nicely furnished house with a surface of 160 m2 is fully equipped and has stunning views on the sea and marina. The house is located at about 20 m from the sea..
The property has a private swimming pool and a patio where you can have sunny breakfast and lunch and dinner in the shadow. Wooden table and 10 chairs. You will enjoy a siesta in the hammock hanging between the two trees in the garden watching the sailing boats entering and leaving the marina.
On the ground level you have a garage and laundry room, bathroom, a seperate kitchen and the attractively furnished, comfy living room with flat screen TV, large sofas and a beautiful oak ‘tree trunk’ dining table for 8 to 9 persons...
On the first floor four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a very large double bed and access to the terrace with abeautiful sea view. The bathroom has a WC, double washing table, bidet and massage shower. The landing gives access to the three other bedrooms and another bathroom (WC, double sink, bath)
Via the terrace you can go upstairs to the second floor : a gigantic rooftop terrace/ solarium with breathtaking views over the beach of Torredembarra, all the way to Cunit and further. To the south you can see the famous light house and in the distance the harbour of the city of Tarragona.
The house is located in a child friendly neighbourhood : 250 m walk over the rocks via ‘the Passeig Del Roquer ‘ to the very large and long sandy beach of Torredembarra "Playa La Paella" and 300m to the small beach in the cove between Altafulla and Torredembarra. Along the Torredembarra beach promenade you will find numerous bars and restaurants. They offer delicious food at very reasonable prices (three course meal with wine will be around 12 EUR). Try the restaurant Oxyd close to the sailing club. Fine cuisine and friendly service.

Torredembarra town is located at about 1.5 km from the house. It has a very attractive town center and you will enjoy strolling in its small picturesque streets plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
The city of Tarragona is about 10 km away and has all the characteristics of a large city but is small enough to keep it cosy. For the shoppers amongst you we recommend Tarragona and also Reus.


10 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Costa Dorada, 300 m from the supermarket, 28 km from the airport "Reus", 80 km from the airport "Barcelona", 2 km from the railway station "Torredembarra", 100 m from the bus station, 25 km from the theme park "Port Aventura "from Universal Studios with the highest roller coaster in Europe!, 25 km from the water park" Costa Caribe Aquatic Park ", 23 km from the water park" Aquopolis Costa Dorada ".
The center of kite surfing in Cataluna at the delta del’Ebre at about 40 min drive from the house. Ideal for a day trip. The landscape is completely different : ricefields, beaches for miles and miles. Bird watching, hiking swimming, surfing…

Tolles, kindgerecht eingerichtetetes Haus
In diesem Haus wurde an alles gedacht. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist fabelhaft. Selbst Saftpresse und Tischgrill sind vorhanden. Viel Infomaterial für Ausflüge in die Umgebung lag bereit. Für die Kinder war ausreichend Strandspielzeug vor Ort.
