"Während unseres Aufenthalts in dieser Wohnung hatten wir eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Ohne Vorwarnung betraten 2 leute vom personal unser Zimmer, um angeblich die Klimaanlage zu kontrollieren. Sie öffneten ohne zu fragen unseren Safe und sagten dies müssten sie auch kontrollieren. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und stellt eine schwere Verletzung unserer Privatsphäre dar. Wir fühlten uns extrem unsicher und in unsere Privatsphäre eingedrungen. Der Mangel an Respekt und Professionalität war wirklich enttäuschend. Darüber hinaus erhielten wir keine angemessene Erklärung oder Entschuldigung für den Vorfall. Wenn Sie Wert auf Privatsphäre und Sicherheit legen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sich woanders umzusehen."
