The home is conveniently located to reach the village of Sala Comacina with its pretty lake front and typical italian village life. The location of the residence means you are just a short drive to Lenno for the beach, ferry and supermarket. Less than 5 minutes by car. In less than 3 minutes walk from the property here in Sala Comacina, a lido with beach volley, basketball area, 5-a-side football, restaurant and beach.
In Sala Comacina there is another beach and a ferry station also. Taxi boat to the island.
