We have called it idyllic, because this adjective stands for: "so that it is quiet, peaceful and undisturbed and therefore it looks like or likes to be there" The historic ambience gives the house a special atmosphere. It has a small kitchen, living / dining room, shower / WC and a bedroom on two floors. A free parking is located about 50m away ..

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung für die warmen Monate
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, sodass es einem an nichts Essentiellem mangelt. Das Haus hat keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn und liegt an einer sehr wenig befahrenen Straße, sodass man stets seine Ruhe hat. Geschäfte wie Fleischer, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurant sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Im Begrüßungsschreiben stehen sogar Hinweise, wie man gut in die Innenstadt kommt und welche Parkplätze noch gratis nutzbar sind. Die Umgebung ist dörflich-charmant, das Haus nur ein paar wenige Schritte von der Mosel entfernt. Im Sommer ist es dort traumhaft, wir haben leider kalt-verregnete Frühlingstage erwischt, sodass man die schöne Umgebung bereits sehen, sie aber nicht genießen konnte. Es sind sowohl an der Mosel, als auch auf den Wallanlagen schöne Sitzgelegenheiten angelegt. Da das Haus keine fest installierte Heizung hat (die Fußbodenheizung schafft leider nur direkt an den Füßen Wärme), muss das über strombetriebene Heizkörper in jedem Raum ausgeglichen werden. Wenn man abends das Schlafzimmer auf 21 Grad geheizt hat und dann bei geschlossener Tür und ausgeschaltetem Heizkörper schläft, sind es morgens leider wieder nur 14 Grad. Daher halte ich die Ferienwohnung nur dann für gut geeignet, wenn man bereit ist, alle Heizkörper dauerhaft laufen zu lassen (Stromverbrauch ahoi!) oder wenn es draußen schon wärmer ist. Die Türbögen sind für Menschen über 1,78m etwas gefährlich, wenn man nicht daran denkt, den Kopf einzuziehen. Wenn man dies alles beachtet - bei über 1,78m Körpergröße den Kopf einziehen bei Raumwechsel und Treppenbenutzung; Heizung auf Dauer laufen lassen oder im Sommer anreisen - kann man hier einen wunderschönen und idyllischen Urlaub verbringen.
