Poor customer service, rooms are dirty/no functioning properly. Didn’t get an apology for having to switch rooms late at night because how dirty the first one was. The second room had mold on the ceiling, closet door broken, smelt awful. Spoke to two different representatives and not one had an ounce of sympathy. Never will book again.

The room I was in was very dirty, don’t think the carpet had been vacuumed in weeks. Unfortunately it was very late when I checked in so didn’t notice it until the next morning . And the “breakfast “ was pretty much gone by 8:30!

We booked on Expedia for a convenient location and good price for one night. Check in and out was seamless and desk staff were cordial and helpful. When we entered the room we were impressed with the layout and presentation. Only a couple of small issues. The TV had no signal so I tried to call the desk but the phone didn"t work. Went down to the desk and the fellow explained the problem. After that we at least got spotty signal. The ice machine didn't work but we got some at the desk. The sink faucet worked but was ready to fall off. The beds were very comfortable and fresh. Overall we would stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable and the airport shuttle was good. The place needs a serious upgrade. Room Phones did not work, faucet handle fell off, bathroom was not real clean, they would not replace our towels on day 2, ice machine was broken. Breakfast was very limited in selection.

When I checked in we came to the room and the refrigerator wasn’t working and the curtains are stained, there were hairs in the shower and the bed sheets were wrinkled. The walls had been patched up. I went down to the front desk and told them the refrigerator wasn’t working. They said they would send a new one up and never did. The pool was not heated and not maintained so we couldn’t swim. I didn’t see a hot tub on property. So the next morning we go to have breakfast and I requested the refrigerator once again. The result was the same as the first time. We left for the day and came back that night and The room had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and she said we needed to request that the room be clean before 9 am otherwise they won’t clean it. No one told me this when I checked in. There are no functional ice machines on property either. I will never stay here again. Definitely not worth the money.

The headboards were dirty with grease marks. The bad tube was saperating from the floor and made loud popping noises. There was also mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. The fridge didn't work.

Not what I expected. Room not that clean, I asked for the bathroom door be wiped cause it had some splashed marks on it but 3 nights stay they never showed up for any cleaning. Closed door off the track, when I mentioned at check out he have excuse that one person to fix 50 rooms that need something fix, he didn't even apologized

The surrounding seemed a bit sketch, especially when I would wake up throughout the night and occasionally see someone walking around my car and looking in. The place needs a renovation due to fixtures falling apart, an elevator that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 1 month, a few stains on the sofa, a toilet that barely has any water in it, a really firm bed which may be the cause of me waking up quite often throughout the night. The room layout and decor was very good though and for the price I paid, a good value. But be wary of the charges as they took out $200 for what I figured was incidentals ( supposed to be $50 per the staff that checked me in). They had charged me 3 separate occasions and no one could provide an answer. It’s not the staff’s fault, but rather the manager who could not provide an answer to me or the booking agency. They also had no paperwork for me to look over and sign, a first for me as I travel for work and have a hotel stay 6-13 days per month. Amenities were good, I didn’t eat the breakfast since my doc told me to diet or else, but the fitness room had an adequate variety of free weights and machines for an airport property. Microwave, sink and mini fridge in the room is a great addition for someone like me. Overall, I liked the property, just wished management would be more involved and pro active instead of being invisible…
