We had a group of 14 ladies for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect house for our stay! The property manager set up our COVID tests, transportation, and offered to set up dinner reservations as well! It was SO helpful as it was a lot to coordinate for so many people and I was the MOH and in charge of all of that. The house was incredible, location was perfect, but I cannot say enough about our chefs. Their food was absolutely amazing!! It was always incredibly fresh and beautifully plated- so much talent. They truly loved to serve and to host and that showed at every meal. Not only was their culinary experience top-notch, but they were great help for recommendations and advice in Tulum as well as additional food items or alcohol we needed. He would bring the snacks or alcohol we needed at his next visit for our next meal. They were more available than the man that stays on the property so the chefs were who we often went to for help whenever needed.
The hotel zone, where there are lots of great restaurants, is about 30 minutes driving in traffic (lots of traffic in the evening). We ate at Taboo and Rosa Negra, recommended by Diana, and both were incredible. Taboo was such a great experience and I will definitely be back to visit!
Cenote Manati is a short short walk down the street and is worth visiting! There is a friendly crocodile who arrived years ago as a baby during a tropical storm and has stayed ever since!
