Le condo était très beau et très propre. Cependant aucune pression pour l eau chaude dans la douche.
Il pourrait avoir un changement de serviettes. De plus il pourrait y avoir 2-3 sacs à vidange, quelques cups à café et quelques sachets de savon à linge. Il y a une laveuse mais pas de sécheuse. La Poniente 29 pour se rendre au condo n est vraiment pas belle. Par chance que ce n est pas une longue distance. Les piscines sont froides et la propreté laisse à désirer.
Sinon excellent service de la concierge et reçu les instructions clairs avant l arrivée.
En général une belle place et un beau condo pour un prix relativement abordable. Nous avions le condo 209.
my stay here did not start out well due to arriving at the location and our apartment was completely dirty. There were bugs inside the apartment. There was trash everywhere. There were beds, not made basically nobody did housekeeping before we arrived. To preface, the hotel already had extremely bad communication with us. I messaged a month prior, a week prior, two days prior, a day prior and the day of prior. We had received no information about our apartment. two hours before our check-in that is when we received the information and how to get into the apartment. There is no concierge there. The person you contact to is through WhatsApp they are only available until 5 PM. I tried calling them. I tried texting them no matter what. Unfortunately, I got there after 5 PM so that just meant that I wasn’t gonna be helped, wasted in our apartment around 6:30 that is when I got a call back after I tried to message everyone that the security told me to message. We were able to be moved to a different location just for the night. we felt very uncomfortable to have been in the apartment. We couldn’t even situate ourselves when arriving from the airport after that there were numerous situations where we try to get their help and we did not get a response Or if we did it took hours. If we were able to get through to someone by phone call, the person who answered would be very rude. We honestly were very happy that we got to get out of that apartment as fast as we could.
I stayed in Mistiq Gardens for 14 days in Aug 2024. The development is nice and modern BUT there is no one to give you a helping hand or any information. We didn't have electricity for 6 days in our apartment, and it meant no electricity, no water, no air conditioning, simply nothing. We had to grab water from the pool to flush our toilet, we couldn't cook and our groceries in the fridge went bad 3 times. When we asked the front receptionist when would be electricity back on, they had no idea. This pretty much ruined our whole vacation and I would welcome some financial REFUND back. Yes, the manager will respond to this review that it is not their fault, BUT ALSO NOT MINE! Travel somewhere else - with electricity!
Great property! Only complaint is that the bike rentals all had popped tires which means we had to go out of the way to find another bike rental property.
Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.
This is a newer property, so the facilities are actually pretty great. The pools, the gym, etc. are in great condition. The upstairs restaurant is also convenient since there is nothing walkable from the property. There are taxis out front all the time that can take you where you need to go.
We had a 3 bdrm penthouse with a private pool. The pool was unusable the whole trip because there was never any way to clean it and it would get dirty very quickly. There was also no soap, shampoo or towels in one bathroom, and no cups or anything that would make it convenient. Definitely felt like a room that was just always rented out...but it was still a great place to stay!

When checked in the apartment was not clean and the garbage was full the floor was dirty. No response from the host and took many requests to get basic housekeeping service from concierge
This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is far removed from town and there are no grocery store, shops or restaurants for about 2 miles. I received my check-in email 26 minutes before 3:00pm, the time to check-in. The property had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, one broom, one dustpan, 3 sponges and dish soap in a container that was specifically for sponge dispensing and couldn’t really wash hands with it since there was no hand soap or beach towels for the 5 pools on the property. I message Luis very early on the 2nd day of my stay and have yet to hear back on how to get these amenities that should have been included. Also, the water included was one 16oz bottle of water. The room had a very musty smell that even with open balcony doors would not subside.
Arriving here it seemed like a nice clean place. I enjoyed the rooftop food and pools. However, they did not provide housekeeping and when asked for toilet paper they mentioned they did not offer that either. We had to buy basic necessities such as toilet paper, napkins and plastic bags.
Beautiful property, love the view and the receptionist Brian was really helpful. But I hated the fact that they don’t clean up n we were there for 5day, no towel change and overall the harassment about tips is ridiculous.

The apartment was in perfect condition, we had a great experience overall
The amenities were great too, the pools and surroundings were always cleaned
Everybody was very helpful and friendly
Booked the property, arrived no access code provided, could not contact the hotel. Ended up having to get another hotel at midnight. No refund provided, just a pack of lies.
The property and units itself were gorgeous and completely reasonable price. The big and main disappointment was the lack of communication beforehand. These are individually owned units so I’m not blaming the property as a whole but the check in process was confusing which almost caused us to cancel our reservation (which we couldn’t get refunded for). We were told that we would be sent an email with check in instructions 48 hours before check in. I got no email. I was coming from 2 hours away with no idea if I’d even have a place to stay. I called the property 5 times but only got an answer twice, both times we were hung up on when we asked about the email
(I don’t think whoever answered understood what we were asking) We took a gamble and came anyway where security asked for our apartment number and I didn’t know since we were never given an email. He then gave me a QR code that sent me to a WhatsApp to who I think was a receptionist. He then gave me my check in information very quickly and it was no longer an issue. Funny enough, I got sent the check in info to my email the day I checked out. So overall the property and units are gorgeous and affordable, I think we just got unlucky with the communication.Tulum in general is gorgeous and recently booming with tourism which means there is a lot of construction everywhere you go which didn’t bother us at all but good to know.
I will emphasize that the cleaning of the rooms was never done the day I was there. But in general the installation was perfect, the beautiful designs.
