Overall, I would not recommend this property for the paid price. It is possible to find cheaper accommodation in a better location with better service. Details below:
Location: The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. The street to the hotel is very bumpy and it is not a real road. Pretty dangerous to go there by scooter and taxis charge you extra because of the poor street conditions.
Room: Overall, the beds are comfortable and the room is clean. On the other hand, we checked-in in room 201, at the end of the hotel and did not have WiFi in the room. This took them an entire day to fix. Furthermore, the water pressure in the bathroom is insanely weak. It took over 10 minutes to shower entirely, simply because there was not enough water coming out.
Service: The doorman was nice to us and helped us order taxis to come and pick us up. We paid European prices over Hotels.com to have breakfast included in our stay. On the first day, we ordered a fruit platter that was free of charge. On the second day, the staff told us that having eggs with our breakfast would cost 60 additional Pesos. Absolutely scandalous!
