Despite expressing concerns prior to arrival, assurances from staff proved hollow as the manager was absent and remotely managing from Colombo. The accommodation was filthy, and we were inexplicably entrusted with property management responsibilities. Essential amenities like the swimming pool were out of order, and dining was rendered uncomfortable due to unsanitary conditions. Upon requesting a refund, the management engaged in delay tactics and shifting requirements, further eroding trust. This pattern of behavior underscores a disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism.
