The unit was roomy and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location to skiing was A+, not quite ski in ski out, but super close. There are just a couple of things that might bother some people who are paying this much to stay close... the next door property (The Arrabelle) which is right outside the windows of this unit did not build their turn around to their property big enough and every commercial vehicle that comes in there has to reverse to get out of there. So lots of traffic right in front of the unit, and lots of beep beep beep. Being a ground floor unit, it also has lots of foot traffic right outside. Neither of these things bothered us too much. This unit is not in the main building, but across the street in the North building. The hot tub for this building is TINY, so we chose to go to the nicer outdoor hot tubs in the main building. Be ready for a trek, across the street, through the parking lot, through the lobby, and down 2 floors. Thankfully they have robes for everyone which we really appreciated. The only problem we really had was the front desk staff was rude. I had called ahead as the property manager had stated (and as the property description lead me to believe would not be a problem) to let them know we would be arriving in two vehicles from opposite areas of the state. When I checked in and said my second party would be arriving later and that I had called ahead for a second parking pass I was told to check back later for availability. My second party arrived after 10pm and even though there was still plenty of parking in the North buildings parking lot they denied a parking pass and we had to move a vehicle to the Town of Vail parking structure. The North building continued to have open parking spots for the remainder of our stay. Even with these minor issues, I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property management company was all through text and very easy.
