Entirely refurbished in 2020, this bright apartment is equipped with top-of-the-range household appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine...).

Bedroom with new 140/200 quality bedding.

Modern bathroom with large shower and towel dryer. Separate WC.

Everything has been thought of to make you feel comfortable.

The high-speed wifi connection (fibre) is of course free and available in unlimited.

Golfe-Juan is a village full of charm offering a beautiful beach and a multitude of water activities. A market takes place every Friday morning. Sale of fresh fish on the port.

Very well served by train, bus and even boats.
The train station is 100 meters from the apartment, the bus stop is also very close. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Nice airport is 21km away.
You will be able to visit all the cities along the coast as far as Italy by train, bus, or shuttle boat.
If you come by car, parking spaces are available throughout the city for a flat rate of 20€ per week. There is also a secure car park in front of the building for 50€ per week.
To make your stay more pleasant, cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.

This apartment is in a cute area. I only used it to sleep so no cooking or any other activities since I was really there for the Cannes film festival. The transportation is the best thing about this place, the trainstarion is 4 minute walk. Trains dont run that often but if you plan your trip right its great. To me it seemed smaller than in the pictures but for one pr two people its enough. Joel the owner is absolutely fantastic - he was very attentive and quick and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely come back again!

Appartement très propre et super bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur le séjour et non sur l extérieur. La photo le montre mais on pouvait imaginer une ouverture sur un autre mur.

Ottimo appartamento vicino al mare
Io e la mia famiglia (4 persone di cui 2 bimbe di un anno e mezzo e di 4 anni) abbiamo scelto l appartamento per quello che offriva (biancheria, lavatrice e lavastoviglie) e per la posizione (vicina al mare, ma comoda per andare a fare gite nei paesi vicino anche utilizzando i bus). Joel è estremamente cordiali e disponibile, siamo capitati in una settimana di caldo anomalo, con temperature che andavano oltre i 36 gradi, e lui si è prodigato per farci stare bene nonostante il gran caldo, procurandoci un ulteriore ventilatore. Inoltre ha acconsentito ad un check in anticipato e ci ha procurato il lettino per la bimba piccola. Insomma, ha fatto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno gradevole e venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, e infatti ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Super Lage. Alles in der Nähe- Bahnhof, Strand, Hafen, einkaufen. Am Parkplatz muss man zuerst die Karte ziehen dann am Automat Wochenparken auswählen. Das kostet 55€, bezahlen und man kann dort ganze Woche parken und dabei jeder Zeit raus und rein fahren. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles da. Wir können die Wohnung nur sehr empfehlen.

Appartement idéalement équipé et situé au coeur de Golf Juan-Vallauris. Agréable et moderne, il offre de très belles prestations. Sa proximité de la gare est un grand plus: 4 minutes de Cannes, 1 heure de Monaco: de nombreuses visites sans voiture ! Génial de finir la journée par un bain à la plage située à 3 minutes à pieds... Petit plus: l'appel du propriétaire durant le séjour pour savoir si tout est ok! Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir !

De jolies vacances!
Un accueil sympathique dans ce bel appartement conforme aux photos, avec notamment une cuisine équipée qui donne, même en vacances, l'envie de cuisiner. Nous avons profité de la plage à 3 minutes et en train, nous avons également pu découvrir Cannes et Nice.

Que ce soit au niveau de l’aménagement, décoration, emplacement ... rien à redire ! A deux pas de la plage, à une vingtaine de minute à pied de Juan les pins... nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement de Joël. Je garde l’adresse sous le coude car nous revenons à coup sûr !!

Le logement est en tout point conforme aux descriptifs de l’annonce. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage (2mn à pied),La boulangerie, les restaurants ainsi que la climatisation et les équipements de l’appartement .
