I stayed here for 6 nights with a friend. This property is located on the edge of Chinatown making it simple to walk around the city, and it is very easy to access all types of transport. There are supermarkets nearby for groceries, lots of great choices for meals (visit Charisma Cafe) and a drug store about a block away. The owner was very easy to contact and left clear instructions for how to access the building and its facilities.
TLC is required for some light switches which don't work, light globe in bathroom and 1 over kitchen bench needs replacing, the bathroom fan does not work, there is worn furniture, stained kitchen towels and chipped crockery. There are only 2 spoons and 1 teaspoon. The floors could do with a better clean and there is lots of dust under the beds plus a couple of belongings from previous visitors. There also needs to be instructions provided for the washer and the dryer, and some of the dials need fixing so it's a guessing game as to what setting you're putting it on. Visitors should be aware that the second bedroom is tiny and about half the size of the main bedroom. The air conditioning is 1 unit drawing air from outside to pump out cool air, and while we found some other portable fans, the apartment was always very humid in the summer compared to the outside temperature. This place has a lot of potential as a fairly new listing, and with some adjustments could be really great.
