Great Location
The apartment was very clean and the location was excellent for exploring GasTown and also for walking to the harbor and environs. There is a small grocery market around the corner to gather supplies. Many restaurants in Gastown and also in nearby Yaletown.

Gorgeous and convenient!
I couldn’t recommend this suite more! We were in town for a concert at Rogers Arena, and it was the perfect location for walking everywhere! The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous, and well equipped, with lots of space and very comfortable beds. The host is very responsive and helpful. The outdoor deck is a bonus! We would love to return someday soon!

Beautiful Apartment
The apartment is beautiful and clean. The rooftop is unavailable for use. We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for me and my three girlfriends. Only problems… it’s very loud outside. We needed the windows open to keep cool, especially in bedrooms. But it was too loud to sleep. Would be very helpful to just have a fan in each bedroom. Also, a regular drip coffee pot would be nice! Walking to Starbucks was sketchy early in the morning. Overall, it’s a nice place and the owner is very accommodating and helpful.

A great location!
The condo is spacious, immaculate and comfortable! The building has great soundproofing so you don't hear the neighbours and the street sound is minimal. We enjoyed the view and outdoor space. The nearby amenities are THE BEST!!! We loved everything and had great communication with Justin.

4 days of " comfortable uncomfort"
This is a beautiful place with amazing beds, fantastic location within walking distance of many places of interest and plenty of room for 6. BUT the host did not indicate until a couple of days before arrival that renting this VRBO was likely a violation of his home owners' agreement. We were instructed to not talk to the concierge and to lie to anyone who asked by telling them we were " house sitting". I was not comfortable doing that. Since the host does not want renters to talk to the concierge, it would be helpful if he provided information like possible restaurants, the closest market to purchase food, phone numbers for taxicabs, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and if you are not bothered by this one request, then this is a lovely and safe place to rent. U

Nice amenities and great location in Gastown
We had 4 adults stay here for two nights following a cruise. We knew ahead of time that we wanted to be near Gastown for the proximity to shops and restaurants and for the price with three beds and two baths, it was cheaper than a hotel downtown and nice to be in the same place. We did not have a car, so I can't speak to the parking experience. Overall the place was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. The host was very quick to respond to inquiries and to communicate instructions.

Not Pleasant
Did not feel comfortable with being told not to make contact with anyone in the building due to the fact they don’t like rentals. The view you see is not the view you get, mostly office building windows and other people’s apartment balconies. Neighbour was sketchy, got to listen to someone screaming for quite a while.

HOT!!!
The central AC didn’t work and the window unit couldn’t keep up. Very hot sleeping. Uncomfortable. The cleaning person should have shut the shades and turned on the AC before we arrived. We couldn’t cool down. The TV audio had two different station audios going. Took a while to figure out the unlock process of the door too. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Just what we were looking for
Everything was as described. Justin was very clear with check-in instructions and was quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. He also provided a binder with suggestions and ideas for visiting the area. The place was great for us (a party of 2 couples), as we each had a private bathroom.

Cool, Contemporary Condo
We stayed in Vancouver to attend a conference located at Canada place from June 8-12th. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this condo; it was exactly how it was advertised. Fresh, open with panoramic views of surrounding area. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of space to lounge in the open concept living area. 2 bedrooms well positioned, bathrooms are contemporary with updated finishings. Although the condo did not offer AC, (perhaps AC was not on at this time of year) opening the windows and balcony allowed for a cooling cross breeze throughout. Light and airy, kitchen boasted ample cooking space with gas stove with full accessories. We even had matches and a lighter for our dinner candles. Our host Justin was superb, always ensuring we were fairing well during our stay. He is extremely organized and everything you need to know about the condo is captured in the “welcome book”. Located in a up and coming area, with new stores opening around. Easy walking distance to Canada place and convention centre or easy Uber ride. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Perfect city base-camp
Visited Vancouver for the first time for a show at The Vogue with another couple -- stayed 4 nights to explore some of the city. We ate, walked, drank and public transported our way through North Vancouver to Stanley Park to Granville Island to Yaletown to Mt. Pleasant and -- of course -- around Gastown. We appreciated the view, space and kitchen every night for wine-down and morning coffee. Didn't use the hot tub or gym in the end (though I did go for a run down to Coal Harbor). The rooftop is spectacular.

Good location but No coffee
Nice apartment well appointed bedroom and bathrooms with beautiful Views. Easy to walk to restaurants and cruise ship docks. Challenging directions for access, with repeated statements to NOT talk to the concierge staff. No reason for this was provided. Major complaint was that there were no staples in kitchen. No coffee, no sugar, creamer or anything you might want or need waking up in the morning, or if you wanted to cook. Owner requested we start a load of towels before we left and there was no laundry detergent to be found. Overall nice place to stay.

Modern, convienant comfortable condo
The location was convenient to dining, shopping and the steam clock! Hearing the faint chums at night while awake was Charming. The beds are Very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in unit helped keep us comfortable after walks in the rain. The underground parking helped however be warned the space is really for a small car. Our Ford Edge mini SUV was hard To park.
