The Moda staff were so very accomodating and friendly. I've never met a more personable group of employees at a hotel or anywhere. Whatever we needed they were eager to help, inform, provide. I can't say enough about the staff. The hotel was clean and the staff raised the level of our stay from OK to SUPER!! I can't say enough nice things about all the Moda employees during our stay!!

Great location! Walkable and public transport options. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants just one block up on Granville. Friendly staff and parking was easy and felt very secure. The room itself was okay-ish; bed was very hard and bathroom cleanliness was so-so. But overall not bad for a one night stay downtown.

Best location with affordable price! All staffs were very friendly with smiles. It is pretty old building so, don’t expect any fancy or new stuff. Quite loud at night, I could hear noisy from hallway and outside as well.
