Staffs are nice and amazing but the facility needs improvement. Room cleanliness must be prioritized. You also need to pay for the parking if you are staying in this hotel which i find ridiculous.

Pros: The hotel itself is quite old and run down but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine, a muffin, granola bar, apple, juice box and water. Cons: The main problem was when we arrived from the airport at 1:09am, there was a massive line up in the lobby and it took over an hour to check in. There was only one person on staff at the desk so even though he was efficient, it was a very slow process to check in and we didn’t get into our room until after 2:15am. Having only one staff on during the holidays when it’s this busy is simply unacceptable. When we arrived there were about 20 groups ahead of us but when we actually got to check into our room, the line up was even longer with about 30 groups in it. TLDR: If you are checking in in the middle of the night, be prepared to wait quite a while before you get into your room. Wish we had just spent the money and stayed elsewhere.

Save you money book elsewhere if you can.
The staff are friendly. The room was not in great condition, it was clean (like housekeeping did a good job) but it was just old an crusty. Bedding was thin and old, beds were broken and uncomfortable. Paint on trim was half one color and half another. There were Asian lady beetles in the room (in December). A ton of light shows through the door at night, so the gap has to be like an 1/8". There was a random hole in the shower that looked liked some one attempted a fix and gave up. The sink faucet splattered water everywhere when turned on all the way. They way overcharged because of an event in town. Very disappointing stay.
