Lovely place to stay when in Venice. It’s central in Venice in a quiet area. Short walk from all the busy shops and dining areas. I can’t remember the name of the man who worked at front desk but he was lovely and provided a delicious Italian breakfast every morning. Highly recommend staying here if you want a more intimate place in Venice for one or two days.

Davide, the host was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the very best I had in my entire vacation. The room was huge and a few issues with the temperature but Davide was helpful. It’s not soundproof, so earplugs were necessary. But the room clean and I felt safe as a solo traveler.

Very comfortable and spacious room

Nice space for 2 nights in Venice. We had the first floor large room. It was spacious and comfortable. Basic but had all we needed. Small shower with hot water and great pressure. Computable bed. Although we didn’t use but there is a Table and chairs if wanted to have a meal. Small refrigerator. Breakfast was nice with good coffee but heavy on carbs, but no complaints from us. Davide was very personable and attentive to our requests. Very easy to walk from this B&B to restaurants, water taxi and other sites. Definitely recommended.

The property had a nice breakfast service and had a great supply of hot water. It also came with a nice addition of mosquitoes, I stayed in contact with the manager as I had to request towels for every new day. The mattresses gave me a nice feeling of pain in my back, made me feel alive. Don’t expect to sleep if you are on the bottom floor, if the mosquitoes don’t keep you awake, the constant slamming of the entry door, people walking in the room above and the countless conversations in the entry will keep you awake and up to date with local troubles. Please assume everyone can here you also and expect dirty looks at breakfast. Emphasis on the mosquitoes.

I’ve chosen this place for my birthday trip and mentioned it to the owner. The room we received was worse than on pictures. It was really cold and we had only one thin blanket for a couple, I’ve asked for another one and never received it. All COVID measures were maintained strictly and stuff was friendly. The breakfast was small but coffee was good. The location is nice.

Nice homey B&B

Beautiful room, nicely decorated and big in size, breakfast was pretty good, homemade Capuccino by owner was a plus. Location is 20-25 minutes walk from Train Station. It’s a little hard if you have heavy luggage with wheels as you have to go over 4 or 5 bridges with stairs, besides that the place was perfect.
