Great accomodation
The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for 4 adults. It is exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast on the veranda and the cooling off in the pool. The house is conveniently located for trips to the surrounding area.

The place is well located to all areas of Venice. The home is much homier and accommodating than expected. Pool area is great and relaxing especially after a long day out or from beach. Patrick responds very quickly when needed.

Quaint 2 bed 2 bath home perfect for our quick get away. The pool was a great addition so that we could come home and relax. Owner was great to work with. All around just what we needed.

Home is lovely and exactly as described. Check in was easy and seamless. House is well equipped. Pool and outside tv are great. We were there during hurricane debbie and the owner even called to check in with us which I thought was so nice! Would for sure stay jere again.

A lot of great potential
We thought the house was really cute. Looked a lot like the pictures. Loved the key pad entry. Loved how responsive the owners were too question. The pool temp was soo nice in that heat. To be honest, the main issues are safety issues. First, the screen door to the pool area can’t be closed because there is some sort of water system or something running from the water faucet outside into the pool. In FL where there is tons of wildlife, that is an issue for me. The screened in pool is why we booked this house. I could have booked somewhere cheaper if I didn’t care about animals and bugs getting in. The fence to get into the backyard also didn’t lock. One of the doors that lead into the house through the garage can’t be locked. That leads into a closet which leads into the bathroom of the house with a door that also can’t be locked. There is a sign on the door in the garage that says don’t take the key out. So if someone breaks into the garage, they will be in the house in seconds. If I had my kids with us, we would’ve left when I saw that. I wanted to come back next year w/our kids but with these safety issues we aren’t comfortable with that. Overall a great stay though!.

House was exactly as described
We had a 10 out of 10 experience staying here. The pictures and description of the home were exactly as we found it to be. The home is updated, spacious and stayed cool during the incredibly hot days. We enjoyed biking and the pool daily (the pool is quite large). There was an abundance of beach accessories & toys in the garage. There were plenty of board games, puzzles and books on hand. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We found the neighborhood to be very quiet - both during the week and on the weekend. We had a question during our stay and the owner responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

A great home near some of the best beaches and restaurants in the Venice area.
While this was not a vacation stay for us, we have visited the Venice are many times in the past. This very clean and spacious home is very close to many of the beaches (Venice beach and Manasota Key). Close to downtown Venice, and to attractions such as dolphin/manatee tours, Pine stump state park, and kayak rentals at the Jetty. This property would be outstanding for families. The pool provides a nice addition to the overall experience and there are loads of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available in the garage. Finding places that allow pets can be difficult, so the fenced yard and pet friendly nature of this property are a real plus. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was a good stay for us! The lay out and location of the house worked well for us. We loved the location for the closeness of the beach. We loved and really used the heated pool. It was nice to have the tv and table and chairs. We were outside more than in. (Perfect for March madness & pool!). Owners were very responsive to any questions and were kind.

My family had an excellent stay. The weather was cooler than we hoped for, but that was no problem with the heated pool. The pool/lanai area are very private and peaceful. We enjoyed eating together outside and being able to watch some tv while we did so. The house had everything we needed, including beach towels, pool toys, kitchenware, etc. Patrick was accommodating and excellent with communication, going as far to drop a text or two to make sure things were going well. This house is in a great location, whether you need to get groceries or want to go to the beach. The house is also well equipped. We would most definitely consider staying at this home again.

Property was beautiful, everything was clean, well stocked with supplies to be able to use the kitchen. The beach accessories were great!! Especially since we didn't have enough of our own.
