One night stayed with family. Booked 2 rooms with ocean view. Got limited options at check-in. Room is fine but small, a bit dated. Staff are friendly but not organized/managed properly (don't know who works where, who to ask for certain things, gave wrong info or direction, etc.). Restaurant staff who serve breakfast were very helpful and accomodating.

We won’t be staying here again. We paid more than $500 total for one night and had specifically booked a “one bedroom suite,” a room type we’d stayed in before. We paid extra for the two separate rooms with a door between as we were traveling with two small children and everyone sleeps better when they have their own quiet space. Well, after we’d unpacked and got everything set up and were ready to go to bed following a tiring trip, we realized that the interior doors had actually been removed from their hinges (??!). We were so tired at this point we just had to make do and go to sleep, but we’re not happy to say the least. I contacted the property afterward asking for a partial refund since we didn’t in fact get a suite but they were rude and ignored me. The room itself was extremely overpriced. The balcony was overlooking an HVAC system with trash on it. You have to pay for parking at the adjacent garage, which is also dirty and smells like pee, and schlep your bags over to the hotel. Not a $500 experience, especially with such crummy customer service. Will stay elsewhere next time.

I didn’t like that we arrived @ 3ish and were told that our room wouldn’t be available for another 4 hours! I was upset, we had to be at an event! My husband went back up to the counter and by no surprise…. They gave us a room. But, the ladies up front were talking trash in Spanish!!!!

The hotel was clean and close to the event i was attending. Staff was friendly. The noise grom the freeway bothered me a little but that's of course normal with a hotel by a freeway. The thing i really didn't like was the shower. The water pressure was already not the greatest and then at random times it would only be a trickle, the temperature of the water also didn't go beyond luke warm. Im assuming both those issues probably had to do with the people in the next room taking a shower at the same time. Whatever the reason for the price of the hotel you should get a decent shower. I won't stay there again just based on that.
