Great stay
This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It’s perfect for our families. Convenient to Mountain Creek to ski all day and night while taking breaks back at the condo. We will be coming back as we know the cleanliness, size of the condo and location is perfect. If having a larger group definitely reach out to book the top unit as well.

Our Worst Stay Yet
Is it just me, or have the standards of being a VRBO property just plummeted this past year? This property was horrible, especially if you have small children. I’ll give you the safety highlights first - The hot water heater is set dangerously high, I had to monitor my kids washing their hands all week so they wouldn’t burn themselves, and they were forced to take baths in the gross tub because the shower would fluctuate between scratching hot and ice cold. The dresser drawers fall right out when you open them. They are unusable if you are someone who likes to unpack, but more importantly they are super heavy and dangerous for small curious kids who like to open things. On day 2 I did a load of laundry. When transferring my clothes to the dryer, I went to grab what looked like a black sock stuck at the bottom, and it was a DEAD BAT! I get that these things happen, but properly block your intake vents so animals can’t get in. ICK, it was horrifying. There is also a unit on top of this unit (which is mentioned in the listing), but either the floors of this older house are really that thin, or we had the loudest and rudest people above us, but it was an elephant stampede from 7am to 11pm for an entire week. This place was absolutely horrible and I wish I had read some of the other terrible reviews before I booked. If you’re looking for a comfortable, hotel level experience, this isn’t it.

First day of our stay the first thing was wrong was nowhere to hang clothing and no door in one of the bedrooms. Second the bathroom door in first floor wont lock. Third the cooking pots where Teflon and they could not be more damaged, making it unsafe to cook in them. Sheets where stained and pillows smell bad. Fourth we need it to use the electric heaters, and the electric breakers kept on tripping. ON the Second day got even worst, two people couldn't take a shower because the faucets where bad if one was in the shower and someone in the lower floor try to shower one will burn and the other not have enough hot water, if you flush the toilet the someone will get burn in the shower. The ten of us had to take turns to shower taking over Two Hours for all to be clean. Then on the Third day got worst a leak from the ceiling at the lower level damped the lower couch where one of the girls was sleeping and she had to sleep whit the parents from that moment onward. Right at that moment we had enough so we contacted evolved and ask for a full refund of the over $1,200 we spend. Sadly, evolve and the owners of this listing are not taking full responsibility for ruining our vacation. They only offer a partial refund of $353. and that isn't fair it is our hope Vrbo does something and give us a full refund of our money.

Vernon Township Condo
We stayed as two couples with young children and some grandparents. One child was 2 and the other was less than 2 months. The kitchen was very helpful to help with taking care of the young ones and there was plenty of space to spread out. The condo was not the cleanest, but served its purpose. We also had to jump through some hoops with parking. We were able to park two cars at the condo and the other cars had to be at a lot about half a mile away at the entrance to the complex.

Needs attention to details
Condo was nice but requires a lot of attention. Bed sheets and pillows have stains, cooking pans are in bad shape. Many bugs inside although is understandable as is close to the woods. Internet does not work most of the time. Low water pressure if 1 shower is running, for big group ie annoying as you need to wait for one person to finish.

The picture alone should tell you everything
The pic in this listing makes it look like it is it's own single unit, it is not. It is a condo. Unit above this one. Evolve is the property mgmt. company used by the owner. They are terrible and if you can find this out before booking another unit within these properties, I would. Anyway, place was not cleaned from previous occupants. We arrived at 930pm and Evolve said they would call us back and send someone to clean it. They did not, we had to stay up til 130am to clean all of the sheets so my kids could go to sleep. The owner was notified and began texting me. At first reluctant to make things right and we texted quite a bit through the night, but after threatening a credit card charge back and small claims court, they came around. Kept blaming the prop. mgt. company, which we understand, but they don't own the property. Had to wake up early the next day and wash all of the towels that were in a pile on the bathroom floors. Said they would refund one night as well as the cleaning fee. They shorted us $40. They must be that desperate.

The home was large and comfortable, but was lacking some basic items for a stay. There was no sponge to wash dishes with, and only a very small amount of dish soap. There was also no body wash in the showers.

Upon arrival there was no internet access for the first day which we needed for business it was only after I provided detailed information on the problem that we were able to resolve this.

The family stay
This property was absolutely HORRIBLE! The place was FILTHY; The kitchen was omg terrible. We checked in sunday, 7-9and cleaned for 2hours! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to this unkept property. Upon returning home, i started legal action in regards to a partial refund!

There were so many different difficulties throughout our stay: power cutting off downstairs (which meant no heat for one night), spotty WiFi (which meant the thermostat tied to WiFi was off - no heat for hours throughout the house), kitchen cabinet doors almost falling on us because they weren’t properly attached, getting locked in…. Too bad, because the property looks nice and could have been great with more care and thought. Heaters downstairs would also make a huge difference.

Midweek stay for a few days in August
Easy to rent. Nice location to town, water park, and restaurants. We didn’t have working internet so the TV didn’t work either, we used our phones as a hot spot. I did contact the owner, just never got fixed. Waited for a code for the door on day of check in but had to text the owner to get the code, they thought management company sent the code. Newer listing so a few kinks but overall a nice place. Clean except for some dust bunnies on the spiral stairwell. Sound goes through the floors pretty easily but there is a quiet time. All units look similar, so the journey up to the house is a bit tricky, follow your GPS.

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE! Def book this house!
This is literally on the ski slope. The lift goes right by the windows. Fun to watch! The sunsets were amazing - mountain views in every direction! We went to ski but i can imagine its gorgeous all year round! The condo is all brand new.- updated with tasteful decor. The master bedroom is downstairs and HUGE! It has its own sliders to the deck and private bathroom. There is also a huge family room with fireplace and large sectional downstairs. Some of the kids slept on the pull out couch! The other two bedrooms are upstairs off the kitchen and living room. The management company was super easy to deal with and they were very accommodating when we had to reschedule due to a Covid quarantine. The only issue was that its a long icy walk to the condo itself. Park close to the stairs. Its not easy moving in 9 ppl and their stuff plus groceries the day after a snow storm. Other than that this place is perfect! I would live there if i could! 100 stars! Highly reccommend! Will be back!

Beautiful and Clean
My family and I spent our Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful home. It's rustic from the outside which we love around this time of the year. The inside was clean and exactly like the pictures. The two levels was the best. The master bedroom was beautiful. My family and I had a great relaxing time. We would definitely like to rent this property again. Thank you Lisa for all your help.
