Had a reservation through you got there about 4 pm was informed they wouldn’t honor my reservation told me it wasn’t paid in advance you informed me when I booked it that it didn’t matter needless to say was very unhappy as they told me they were full found another motel for twice the price really think I should be compensated for that guess it’ll be the last time using your service
