Guten Anbindung an das öffentliche Netz

Leider zu wenig Kaffeepads. Eine Beschreibung für den Fernseher wäre super. Die Wohnung sollte doch an bestimmten Stellen renoviert werden. Das öffnen der Fenster zum schlafen ist nicht möglich. Für einen kurzen Trip zu empfehlen.

UBahn nahe Lage war sehr gut, Strasse sehr laut (offenes Fenster brim Schlafen ging nicht),In der Küche fehlten : Tee-, Kaffeeekanne, Besen, scharfe Messer, sonst gut ausgestattet. 2 Zimmer ohne Tür ist für mehrere Gäste schlecht,.Lüftung im Bad ist defekt

Ziemlich abgerockt

Die Wohnung war OK, mehr aber auch leider nicht. Die Umgebung war nicht besonders gut. Das Treppenhaus wirkte ungepflegt und es stand Sperrmüll rum. Die Wohnung selber war ziemlich verwohnt und sollte dringend mal modernisiert werden. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand.

Schönes Appartement für Kurzurlaub

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Das Appartement ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, man ist schnell mit der U-Bahn im Zentrum , auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos.

De accomodatie is heel goed en zeer schoon. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt bij een stadsbezoek. Vlakbij de metro; een supermarkt aan de overkant. Restaurants in de buurt. Opvallend is dat de entree van de achterste slaapkamer uitsluitend te bereiken is via de voorste slaapkamer; deze slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de hal.

Super séjour , super appartement

Nous étions là pour le marathon. Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est très propre, les lits sont top , c'est calme. L'hôte communique les informations très clair pour récupérer l'appartement et ça se fait de manière très simple. Seul problème que nous avons rencontré : le wifi ne fonctionnait pas , la chasse d'eau fuit et la porte de la buanderie où on laisse les bagages reste constamment ouverte. Ce qui n'est pas très sécurisant.

In Wien sehr schön! Sehr gute Anbindung an U Bahn. In der Wohnung- Schlaf bei geschlossenen Fenster nur möglich, nur 1 abgeschlossener Raum mit Tür, 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer offen, für 6 Leute etwas ungemütlich ;leider keine Teekanne, Keine Lüftung im Bad.Keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Aber wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Die Einchcheck-Infos mussten angefordert werden, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur über das erste zu erreichen, das Durchgangsschlafzimmer hat keine Tür zum Flur, sehr unpraktisch wenn die einen noch am Fernseher sitzen und die anderen ins Bett wollen. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung war einwandfrei, es wurde sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Gute Lage für Ubahn und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Lebensmittel. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.

Nice place, confortable, kitchenette fully furnished, near a subway station, 15 minutes from the city center. Only downside the street was noisy week we had the windows open. Supermaket right across the street.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Lage war sehr gut - nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber direkt an zwei U-Bahn-Linien, mit Supermarkt und netten Gasthäusern in der Nähe. Allerdings ist eines der Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer, das zum Flur keine Tür hat - mag vielleicht nicht jeder (ein Grundriss in der Beschreibung wäre gut). Sonst top, gern wieder!

Traum Unterkunft in Wien Mitte.

Wie waren zu 6 auf zwei wunderschöne und sehr akkurat und hochwertig eingerichtete 3 Bett Wohnung aufgeteilt. ( 1 Doppelbett und 1 gemütliche neue Schlafcoach.) Die Lage ist super und alles in und rund um das Mietobjekt sehr zufriedenstellend. Immer gerne wieder.
