The apartment was very nice and fully equipped. The only minor thing was the key handover. We arrived on a late Friday night, I communicated the arrival time upfront, and they confirmed to have received it saying someone will be there to hand out the keys (given these are apartments, so there is no reception). I got there about 30 minutes early, and there was nobody there yet. Also, the building had no names in the ring bells, so I had no clue about whether I could just ring a bell. As it was rather cold outside, I found that by chance I had the hotel phone number around (which is not usually the case), and decided to give a call (also unusual as I normally avoid intl roaming costs). And they said the key was actually outside the apartment in a small safe, and they gave me the code over the phone. It would have been much better for everyone if they would just emailed me the code a few days in advance, and saved me for all that trouble.
