Wonderful area to stay in! Super close to everything. The rooms are small, which is fine for the areas you’re in. The bathroom is super tiny which is tough if you’re over 6ft, OR heavier set!

The property was very well located, just minutes away walking from main attractions and a block away from the underground. The staff was very helpful and everything was spotless! Really nice breakfast too! Will def return!

Lovely stay in Vienna
The hotel was well located very close to the U-bahn and Stephansplatz. All the major sights were easily walkable but the hotel was not on a noisy street at all. The fridge in our room didn't work but the staff let us use a communal fridge downstairs which was fine as we were only on the first floor so it was not too much of a bother. We were told that a lot of the fridges don't work. It was odd having to put our own duvet in its cover and a bit of a shame not to have tea/coffee making facilities. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was well stocked and even at busy times there were no problems. If I were in Vienna again, I'd happily stay here.

Our room was spacious, quiet and had all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very good and the location in easy walking distance to all major downtown attractions. The only negative thing was the small shower stall without any place to put soap, shampoo etc. The hallways could be a little nicer too but overall this hotel has an excellent price to cost value.

O hotel é agradável, com funcionários muito gentis e sempre disponíveis a atender bem. O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização é ótima, próxima das áreas de interesse, e ao mesmo tempo em uma rua calma e silenciosa. The location is very convenient to public transport to get around the city. The lobby has no air conditioning, so it’s pretty hot in the summer, although the room AC worked great. The breakfast was very good - had a good variety. The hotel was a little more dated than expected, but the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our time.

The Hotel Post is walkable to many of the city’s attractions. It’s the only one I’ve stayed in that has a vestibule attached to the room. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows feel like you’ve stepped back in time to a more elegant era. My only ding to this lovely establishment is the shower. The water temperature varies wildly during use when not physically moving the handle.

Loved the hotel, great location! Breakfast is super! The staff at the front desk not so friendly except for one gentleman on a night shift who accommodated me for breakfast at 630 am! I will definitely return !

Reception was professional. Good location. Comfortable room, and good standard bedding. Breakfast room is too small for a hotel of this size, which caused over-crowding even though the hotel was not full. Pay lip service to the environmental agenda, yet no facilities provided for recycling and use wrapped individual soap bars rather than dispensers.

A very relaxed friendly hotel to stay and near public transport and a short walk to attractions. Staff were so friendly and helpful with excellent cleaning staff that were amazing. Good quality breakfast was appreciated also to start the day.

Great location, service could improve
We arrived at the hotel after a stays in five other hotels in two other countries, so comparison was easy. The servicing of the room/shower was far from the best. Things on the room floor remained there for two days. Empty bottles in the shower remained where they were left, and oh yes, the shower had NO SHELF for the soap. Very disappointing. Otherwise, the breakfast and room were good, and the central location made moving around the city very easy.
