We didn't able to watch local tv channels, old tv, shower head broke, lack of water to shower, old and dirty furnitures,, hard to open and close main door.
It was a family trip, at the gate we werent even expected, it took two hours before we can get the place, finally when we got the place the a/c’s were not working and one of the rooms had no A/C at all and this point of the year its 40 degrees celcius at the beach in Nicaragua. Its a Big No No to sleep without AC specially when travelling with our children.
We decided to leave and drive back home, I wasted 230 dollars, which I dont expect to get refunded but its no fair not to be totally honest about the place.
Twin size beds should be a little bigger. The property is God and well taken care of. The food in the restaurant is to die for.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.
The hotel is perfect, clean, quiet, nice, staff extremely friendly.
The road to the hotel is really bad.
Air conditioning is not cold enough.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The restaurant and location were good. We overpaid for the room. It was filthy dirty with stains on all furniture and the walls. We had 4 towels for 4 people in a two bedroom unit. There were no beach towels. We were offered breakfast certificates that never materialized. The power went out several times. The room was advertised as 7000 square feet when barely over 1000. There was no coffee maker. There were no Kleenex-just holders in each bathroom. We had a total of 5 hangers in two closets. There was no resort charging privilege so had to carry cash. There were no blinds in the bedroom. You get the point....horrible. I will never book on Expedia again.
Huge property with 9 holes of golf, very remote, right on the Pacific, mile from anything nothing included, even the water need to be purchased from restaurant.
Priced as 5 stars but not quite.
and nice pool facing the ocean. Ocean front. Beautiful sunsets at night. Signs are posted by the hotel that swimming is not recommended in the ocean because of the rocks. Front desk people seem helpful but the room we reserved and paid for was unavailable. When we inquired about housekeeping service on the second day, we were told that servicing is only every 4 days. We asked for towel exchange, and were told to bring towels to the front desk. When we went to exchange we were told "Sorry, we don't have keys to the locker" at this time. So we brought the used towels back to the room and did not receive any towel exchanges during our stay. We were quoted a price of $120 USD one way for transportation for the 3 of us from the Managua airport to the hotel, which we thought was unreasonably high.
Fabulous resort, facilities - once you get there. The road in is frankly dangerous unless you have 4 wheel drive (rainy season) Food in the only restaurant is not good, bring your own groceries and cook. seriously. All the staff are great, very gracious and helpful.
This is NOT a hotel! they try to tell you it is but it is actually condos. There are no hotel services as you would expect. The pool is small with a total of 10 beach chairs. The beach is not safe for swimming so bring a good book. The road in is 14km of rough dirt and mud do not attempt it with small car.
