Set on the hill and surrounded by a well-kept garden, the house is on three levels and is characterized by having on the ground floor an entrance/living room with a sofa bed (double bed), an equipped kitchenette with cooktop, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and a dining area that overlooks a wooden porch furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing moments outside. On the second basement level, there is a bedroom with 2 separate beds and a bathroom with a shower, while on the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower.
The house also has air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a car parking space nearby.
