Roomy, comfortable condo
We had a great trip and appreciated the spacious, comfortable space to call home for a week. The couch and beds were comfortable, the a/c was easy to adjust for our preferences, and the garage was nice to keep the car cool and out of the sun. The carpet is quite stained, but everything felt clean otherwise. The best part was having everything we could possibly need for the beach- beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were priceless. There are also pool noodles, innertubes, snorkel sets, and sand toys. Some ice packs and a water filter would be a nice addition. Thank you for having us!

Harassed by resident and property management.
More family members stayed on the same property resident and the other end overlooking the golf course. Their grandson was at the pool slapping a pool noodle on the surface of the water. A resident came up and scolded my nephew. I told the resident that she should talk to the boy’s parents and not directly to the child. The resident then called property management with false accusations about my nephew. Property management quickly sided with the resident and even lied to us saying they saw my nephew jumping off a “no climb” area. I knew management was lying because my nephew didn’t do that. This resident and property staff wouldn’t let it go. I think they couldn’t admit they were wrong so they pushed the issue to make it seem they were right. The resident made derogatory remarks about Hawaii locals. Management had the nerve to call our agent with a complaint when we didn’t do anything wrong. Locals should avoid this place. Sad because the property is quite nice and our agent Amy is terrific. I will add that the ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work and appliances are a bit outdated but other than that the place is great. Just not for locals visiting Waikaloa.

Nice Property
This was a nice property in a small gated area. Walking distance to food and some shops. The Hilton pool is nice, but we actually enjoyed the on site pool slightly more as it was usually just us. It is close to a nicer beach restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in E2 and it was clean, spacious and convenient for us. We loved everything about this place. The only downfall is waking up on the last day to wash laundry and check out by 10am. I wish we had a little more time to pack up and do laundry.

Enjoyed our stay.Pool and barbecue facilities well maintained.Location was excellent for walking around and seeing the sights. Accommodations were comfortable. Ice and water dispensers did not work on the refrigerator. Cutlery needs replacing in kitchen .

Waikoloa Beach Villas
The condo was great and had everything we needed (minus a coffee grinder). The Hilton Pool Pass was an added bonus with kids and we really enjoyed that. Most things are walkable in the area with nice sidewalks that mostly make sense. Despite this, there is excessive car usage in the Waikoloa area. The condo was quiet. Beds between soft and firm.

Niece's Wedding
After a bad experience with our original Condo in Kona, we had to relocate half way through our stay. This property was a blessing. A member of our party is wheelchair bound and this unit was spacious enough to get wheelchair in both bathrooms and move throughout the house. Ground level also made it very accessible. The complex is well maintained and close to shopping.

Easy to find…
To start, it was very easy to find from the Highway. Gate entry instructions were very straight forward along with the entry to the condo. Parking was close to the front door. Upon entering, the place smelled nice and was very clean along with looking nice. There were 2 small little issues with appliances that did not affect us but we reported it and got an immediate response. My only issue was the bed was a little hard for me but the hubby slept just fine ( I always have bed comfort problems away from home). If we ever return to Kona we will see if this place is available. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with native trees, bushes and flowers. It’s very close to 2 open air malls and there is a great Supermarket right across the street AND there is a beach about a mile and a half away!

Great & Peaceful Condo

The condo was ready when promised, clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We brought our own snorkel gear but if someone does not have gear, the garage had gear, floaties and other fun items. When there was a minor issue the property manager was quick to respond. I would highly recommend.

Family vacation
We came with our family for a vacation and reunion. We really enjoyed the location and amenities of the condo. The beach equipment was a real plus. The unit was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. We would consider staying here again

Unbeatable location
We loved how close this was to all of the stores. It was nice to walk across the street to the Queens Marketplace or Kings Shop for a quick bite, meal, or coffee. We would stay here again purely for it's proximity to the beach and shops.

Our favorite location!
We visit Hawaii yearly and have come to love the big island and the Waikoloa area. The condo was located perfectly with a lot of amenities easily within walking distance. Plenty of beach “equipment” available. Very tastefully decorated and we loved the private backyard patio. We used the pool a couple of times and had it to ourselves! We would definitely book again.

Beautiful and conveniently located
We really loved the layout of the condo, very spacious and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We walked to the shops often and saved a ton on gas. We had issues with the thermostat and the outlets in the master bedroom unfortunately. But, when asked, the property manager was willing to help and make a small concession for the inconvenience. We will definitely return. It felt like home. Mahalo!

Home away from Home
The stay was absolutely amazing. Everytjing was as described on the listing no surprises at all. Location was great, pool was amazing this is our 3rd time booking through VRBO and we are going to continue. If i come back to the big island i am for sure going to ask if we book again!
