This was a 10/10 for us. Just wonderful in all ways. It was romantic, scenically amazing with such a pretty sea view room and balcony, the room was beautiful, clean, fresh and white and bright and it was such a comfy bed and with so many high quality and thoughtful touches in the room like many lovely teas and drinks and quality biscuits, the food in the restaurant was delicious and even the staff were very friendly as well and helpful too. What more could we possibly have asked for as a special pre-Valentines trip ? It was quiet and peaceful too at this time of year. We will definitely return. The fact that the WiFi was attained with a bit of data release probably was a plus for us as in choosing not to go there we had more of a rest and could make a call we had to make outside so that was not in any way a negative in real terms. It was a bonus really. Lulworth was already a favourite place but now we have a favourite place to stay there too. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

It’s actually 4.5/5. Lovely room, comfy bed, lots of hot water and a fantastic view. Very friendly to both humans and our dogs. Room very clean, downstairs floor less so, but so much mud being brought in….. The only negative is the cooked breakfast, eggs lovely, bacon and sausage less so. Most delicious chocolate croissants I’ve ever had though!

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, so service was great! We did have a problem as we didn't book direct with hotel. The image and room was not what we were expecting and so were given a room without bath and sea view. However, they we able to move us to a lovey room with bath but no sea view so a compromise but it didn't spoil our time, but if hotel had been full we wld have been disappointed so check before you book!

We had a wonderful stay!

The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning sea view that we thoroughly enjoyed. Molly and Ben at the reception/bar were absolutely lovely, and the rest of the restaurant staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality really stood out! Although we hadn’t initially booked breakfast or an evening meal, we were so impressed with the hotel and its atmosphere that we returned twice to enjoy their delicious food after our walks and a breathtaking sunrise at Durdle Door. The thoughtful touches in the room, like the lovely coffee, bottled water by the bedside, and high-quality toiletries, made our stay even more comfortable. Everything felt fresh and newly decorated, which added to the charm. We booked at the last minute and got the last room available, but next time we’ll definitely treat ourselves to one with a little terrace! Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful spot and staff. Had a very sunny day in mid-November so did an impromptu stay. The internet and parking a bit time intensive but overall a great stay!
