A clean and well kept property, a very short drive or pleasant hike from the beach (very close to the last section of the fort to coast trail) the neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be more locals than tourists. There is a coffee shop for lunch or breakfast a few blocks away with good pastries and serviceable, coffee. I didn't see any other stores or restaurants in the area, but as a base to drive to area attractions this was perfect. The beach itself has lots of vehicle traffic, something I forgot happens at many sections of the Oregon coast and I am not really a fan of, but I was easily able to drive to other areas where vehicles can't access the beach.
If I have a complaint it's that the blinds in the bedrooms don't keep light out at all in the mornings, but there's nothing that would keep me from recommending it.
