Tired bathroom with cracked tiles and leak marks on the shower. No tea bags in room, had to go and collect from the desk as none in the tea and coffee area downstairs either. Coffee and milk ran out at breakfast on the last day so everyone had to wait ages at the bar to get drinks.

Good location. Very nice helpful staff. Not having a restaurant is a downside. So is charging guests for parking overnight. But all in all - a good place to stay on business.

breakfast are was in a state of chaos due to numbers of guests and lack of coffee / hot water machines along with lay out in that area placed need for large ques to form often spilling over into seating area where the risk of spillage was increased.
