AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
I tried for the whole week before our trip to contact the host, email, WhatsApp, text, phone, voicemail but no reply. I contacted Vrbo who also had no luck. We were due to check in at 4pm Friday for an event on Saturday. We had to wait until 2pm to ring Vrbo again and only then we could book something else under their guarantee. However finding somewhere at 2pm on a Friday for two nights in Warwick on a weekend when there was a huge event on was tricky!! Finally found a hotel but it was twice the price, but we had no option! I was initially told by Vrbo that they would cover upto £200 a night so all good, until I then had to ring again at 4pm to be told the max refund was upto £328! So VERY stressful week / day followed by an hour on the phone to Vrbo and £100, and now I need to send evidence of my new booking, even though it was still through Expedia group!
So not only a no show at this property, but the parking advertised although right outside cannot be used for longer than 24hrs you have to move to another car park,
