Inauguration Trip
We were in town for the inauguration. The house was centrally located with easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood was perfect with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time and would recommend this property to everyone!

Great Thanksgiving week!
We visited local family close by and needed an additional place for the rest of us. I’m so glad we chose this rental. We had a wonderful stay. Super clean and a very welcoming host. Close to Metro, grocery stores, restaurants, AMC movie theatre. It’s very comfortable and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay, again!

Arlington getaway
We just spent a week exploring DC Arlington and visiting family. This home was great! Perfect location, short walk to the Courthouse metro and nearby restaurants and markets.the unit is well stocked and very comfortable. We hope to stay there again next spring.

Perfect place!
5 minute walk to the Metro station. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood. Upgraded property with everything you need to stay for a night or a month. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to DC!

Loved our stay here. The location is amazing and you can walk to everything you need. Beer and wine shop, coffee/bistro spot and lots of restaurants. The condo is really spacious and both bedrooms have en suites with large bathrooms and walk in showers. We loved it and would definitely recommend it Cheers Shannon

Perfect for Families
This was a perfect place for our family to visit DC. Like many, we wanted an alternative to a cramped hotel room with not enough beds for a family of four. This place worked great. The was an adult room, and my two teenagers both had the own rooms. (one on a pullout in the living room). We stayed for the week and packed all DC had to offer into the trip. The location is just minutes from the Court House Metro with easy access to DC. The area around the home is safe with great access to restaurants, groceries, pharmacy's, ect. Assigned parking was a plus as we drove from our home to DC. The property is well equipped with all amenities needed for your stay. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for us to take our kids to see DC from for their first time!

Wonderful
Location couldn’t be better if you are visiting the DC area as the Metro was a short walk away. The Metro was clean and bright so not scary to use. The apartment was very comfortable, if I had a complaint it would be that the security lights around the place would go off and on all night that would light up the bedrooms. Very a light sleeper it was a bit “maddening”. Would highly recommend this rental. Host was wonderful to work with. Thank you Kelly, we appreciated you.

Great Stay in Arlington!
We had a great stay at this location in Arlington. It is very conveniently located to restaurants and retail. We walked just a block or two to reach several different restaurants. The metro station is also a short walk away. Our host provided excellent communication about the check-in process and other details of our rental. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Off street parking is a bonus in this area. Safe, bustling neighborhood. Even with major construction nearby, metro and bus access were a breeze. Very important for day hopping to DC. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Laundry and two bathtubs really help on a long stay with a family. Could use secondary, opaque blinds and a way to dim the skylight. Top marks overall.

The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, but within steps to restaurants and shops. It has easy access (5 minute walk) to the metro station as well! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here; it was absolutely wonderful!

Adorable and great location!
CLEANEST Vrbo ever. Exactly as advertised. Bus stop on corner and Metro station 2 blocks away. Some cool restaurants within walking distance. House is well stocked with some extra touches to make it awesome. The outdoor space was lovey after walking DC all day. Plenty of hot water for all. Street is very quiet.
