The flat was beautifully decorated, and all of the necessities plus many extras were provided by our host Laurence. We particularly appreciated the white noise machine, although it was a quiet, peaceful neighborhood anyway, and the Nespresso machine with plenty of pods. Drip coffee was available too, plus a nice selection of herbal and traditional teabags. Our host left us a nice welcome snack, too.
There are a few stairs, which was absolutely fine for us. We were always able to find a parking spot in the property's lot, and our Uber drivers typically met us just across the street with no issues. We used the metro once, and it was an easy, safe walk at night. We also located a nearby grocery store and pharmacy. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the flat's kitchen, and we walked to Enjira restaurant one evening for a delicious Ethiopian dinner. There seemed to be some nice Mediterranean quick service places and also some nicer Italian restaurants within an easy walk, too.
Laundry was available in the building, although we didn't need to use it. Also, very little was asked of us at check-out, which was a breath of fresh air for us newcomers on our first VRBO stay after some pretty extensive to-do lists at Air B&B properties.
We would definitely return to stay here again and would recommend it for other small groups, as well.
