We booked this property over a holiday week and enjoyed the two adjoining townhomes. We used every room in both houses and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.
The beds were good and all but one bedroom had an adjoining bathroom. That was awesome! There was always a free bathroom to use.
Here's where they missed the mark.
The floors and rugs inside the house weren't cleaned very well. Almost everyone in our group had dirty socks or feet (if going barefoot) just from walking around the houses.
The hot tub was broken in one of the townhomes for two days and the outside firepit didn't work during our stay. We weren't told that either was out of order and that was a massive bummer.
The hot tub finally was taken care of, but the firepit wasn't. Some of the bikes didn't have air in the tires and were unusable because there was no bike pump on site.
We also were expecting cable because that's what the listing says but it was out the entire duration of our stay and we had to scramble to try and watch some of the sports games we planned to watch as a group.
We also experienced a plumbing leak in one of the townhomes where a constant drip would occur from a light fixture in the kitchen when the upstairs bathtub was being used. Nothing like getting dripped on when you're preparing a meal.
Because of the holiday week, communication was always delayed.
Don't get me wrong, this property has a lot going for it, and the location was phenomenal... so close to St. George proper, but also close access to Hurricane, Zion, etc. But I can only give it 3 stars because of the issues we dealt with while there.
