It was very cost effective but there's no shuttle to or from any of the airports and there wasn't any obvious support for using public transportation even though there were several other hotels in the area. Nothing was really open late and we arrived late so it was fun. Going to bed hungry. The hotel doesn't have any real amenities other than your room, it has a small lounge with practically nothing going on there and the rooftop Lounge is closed because no one here has ever heard of outdoor heaters. I guess. It was absolutely perfect for our in and out under 36 hours trip because we knew exactly what the rooms would have, how they would be laid out and it met our needs, but it could be a much more amazing experience with a little more investment

This property is in walking distance to Union Station. And I love that the bed is an electric bed. Like a sleep number bed.

Great except for the bathroom.
Only flaw to the room was the design of the opaque glass bathroom door and motion sensor, automatic lighting. At night the room would light up completely if anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Glass door didn't block any light and you couldn't control light because switch was automatic. It would turn off if you switched it but then, you couldn't move or it would come on again. Also I had to wave my arm out of shower when the lights shut off while showering.

We did not get any VIP benefits- not even the promised food voucher. And upon arrival we were charged a $32 occupancy fee on top of the $110 we paid for the room and taxes. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known

Misdirection
While attempting to reach the parking area, I entered the elevator and pressed the G1 button as indicated. However, the elevator proceeded to level 2, where a tall staff member in a black shirt instructed me to exit at the lobby level and turn left to access the parking area. Following his directions, I was unable to locate the parking facility. I then approached the receptionist, who advised me to use the elevator and press G1, which had been my initial plan. This misdirection caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I trust that you will address this matter to prevent similar incidents in the future.
