I love the mineral water experience here and will definitely come again. My concern was that they have a boil water advisory in place and there wasn’t a consistent supply of drinking water down at the hot pools. It would eventually get there but was often warm (yuck!) because it had been boiled and not sufficiently cooled with ice etc. Both mornings that I was there I had to either ask for someone to go get the water or else just accept that it was going to take a long time. I don’t feel that is either right or safe. A person definitely needs to be well hydrated in setting like that. Also, two small bottles of water were provided per room when we got there and that was it until I went and asked for more drinking water the second evening that we were there. All that to say that I had a huge issue with how they handled their water situation. Other than that I love the place - great pools and a clean, comfortable room. The dining room is great as well! Sort out the water problem and it will be fantastic!

This is going to become a yearly for our family and more often for just my husband and I to come and enjoy this property. Rooms are nice and spacious although we weren’t able to get a cot for my one son who wouldn’t sleep with his brother. Next year we have the family room booked so everyone is happy. The pool is wonderful and always feel amazing after soaking a few times in there. The food at the dinning room is absolutely delicious!! Thank you for a great stay!

The room was clean and comfortable enough with a good bed and nice pillows but the change room at the pool had terribly dirty floors and the service in the restaurant was absolutely awful. Slow and untrained with overcooked food and frozen vegetables. Never again

It was ok except there was only 1 microwave for the whole hotel. The bathroom floor was kind of chipped in some places.

Please let us know when you have new kitchen staff and we will consider returning. I have never eaten 2 worse meals. The waiter tried but the quality and preparation of the food is the worst I have seen. Steak that was not chewable. Pizza that was raw....once I cooked it at home it was a waits of power because it was still terrible....no taste, hardly any sauce, cheese or toppings. It takes work to mess up a pizza that badly. Really sad as the restaurant used to be quite good.
