The modern and stylishly furnished holiday flat is located in a beautiful, listed villa built in 1900 in Art Nouveau style in a prime inner city location in Weimar. The building surrounds an idyllic property of about 2000 sqm with numerous trees, some of which are up to 240 years old. The German National Theatre and the Goethe and Schiller Monument are only about 200 metres away. Also in the immediate vicinity, numerous restaurants, cafés and bars in Weimar's old town invite you to dine and enjoy. The nearby Park an der Ilm with its large lush green meadows is perfect for walking, relaxing and lingering or for a morning jog. In addition to its numerous museums and historical and cultural sights, Weimar also offers great excursion destinations for the whole family. For hiking and cycling enthusiasts, Weimar is also a great starting point for day trips.
The 50m² 2-room flat is located on the ground floor, is at ground level, the rooms are bright and the rooms are separated by wide doors. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. You have your own fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker & oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, dishtowels and cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a ground-level shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and clothes horse. The bedroom has a high-quality and comfortable large double bed (180 x 200 cm), in the living room the couch can be pulled out and used as a sleeping option with a topper (160 x 200 cm). Both the living room and the bedroom have high-quality flat-screen TVs. There are plenty of cupboards and chests of drawers to store your personal belongings. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. A lockable bicycle storage room is available on the property.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Es waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Weimar. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt zentral. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kleines aber feines Apartment. Wird nur von der Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Vermieters getoppt. Keine Schmeimerei. Diverse Entgegenkommen und immer eine umgehende Antwort. Bspw hatten wir einen Teddy in der Wohnung vergessen. Lieben Dank, nur zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, sehr Zentrale Lage, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein wenig störend ist der Bus-Zob weil viele Busfahrer dort lange stehen und den Motor laufen lassen.
