We had a well appointed premium room which also enjoyed good air-conditioning - unusual in the UK! The reception staff member was excellent, friendly and welcoming. It has to be said the main building is extremely dated, with the public areas in need of restyling. Having said that, we would use the hotel again if we were in the area.

Tiny lift. Not enough aircons for hottest day of the year but nice and very friendly staff. Clean and nice room. Lovely surroundings

The hotel does not look good from the outside and in a strange location but very nice inside.

Nice hotel in a quiet setting

My stay was short as I had an emergency call and had to leave after 2.5 hours, but the staff were helpful as they'd offered me another room since my TV was not funtioning. I would definitely return.

Enjoyable stay

Hotel was nice. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the pillow menu hehe.
