Apt was nice n clean but shower head had leak n bthrm window wouldn't open. Location wasn't bad but alot of drug users walking the area. Owner says outsides cameras are for your safty but they're really there to monitor your activity. If your fine with that I see no other reason why you shouldn't rent.
Other than having trouble getting the key code to work, I found the apartment to be very comfortable. I would recommend a different sofa - it was hard getting up from it - it set extremely low. My last day there was a problem with the plumbing,, but they did get there within a few hours to work on it.
We stayed here because of a concert we were attending at iThink Amphitheater. Even though our check in process had a few hiccups (the battery for the keyless entry had died) the owner was VERY responsive and the issue was fixed within a couple minutes. There is a Publix on the same block so we were able to grab snacks before the 30 or so minute drive to the venue. For the remainder of the weekend, we easily accessed the bridge to the more âbeach townâ vibes with plenty of restaurants, bars, public beaches, huge beach supply shops, and small boutiques. The bridge is literally on the same block, so it was super convenient to go back and forth multiple times a day (especially when my partner left his wallet at one of the restaurants..) The actual street you stay on isnât spectacular, so donât expect amazing views. It was exactly what we needed- a place not too far from the venue (but far enough away from airport traffic) and a place with easy access to the beach, good AC, hot water, smart TVs, and good amenities. We are planning to stay again next year.
