We stayed here Memorial Day weekend for our daughter's graduation from Brown University in Providence. We mostly slept here as we were busy with commencement activities. We traveled with three elders, two mid-age adults, a 17 yo, and a 13 yo with muscular dystrophy and mobility issues.
Overall all:
•Very clean home - paramount for this renter. Neat as a pin.
•Comfortable beds.
•Nice bedding.
•Nice bathrooms - master bath not as updated as the main bath, but still a-okay.
•Plentiful towels.
•Coffee provided.
•Full kitchen - you could cook a meal if needed; the only thing we couldn't find was a cork screw.
•Spacious main level for conversation.
•Multiple TVs.
•Easy entrance and check in/out.
•Quiet, well kept neighborhood.
Other:
•The stairs to the upper level are fairly steep and may not be suitable for older people and definitely not people with balance or mobility issues. It wasn't billed as being accessible, so this is just extra info for folks that it may apply to.
•The driveway is steep.
•It's a very easy 23 minute drive to Brown if that's what brings you to the area.
•Liquor store, grocery store, drug store, and multiple shopping areas nearby.
•Close to the airport.
