This was a fantastic place for me, my husband, and a couple friends to spend a short vacation of board games, beaching, and relaxing.
The sun room is absolutely lovely. During the day there is plenty of natural light, and luckily it wasn't hot while we were there so leaving the screen doors closed there was a nice breeze. During the evening/night, the string lights made it feel truly magical. We moved a table in and spent many happy hours playing board games and reading.
The beach nearby was pebbly and not ideal for swimming (without water shoes), but it was still extremely pleasant and fun. It was fantastic to be able to walk there, and we took several casual strolls to the beach where we could watch the water or crabs scurrying around.
The rest of the house was just fine. The kitchen wasn't that well stocked (no oil, few pans, dull knives), but it did the job. There wasn't quite enough toilet paper and paper towels for the length of our stay, so we had to buy some. We got the sense that on a hotter week the house would have gotten unpleasantly warm, but we were lucky that it was in the 70s while we were there.
Overall: for our goals of relaxing and playing board games, with occasional trips to the beach or mini golf, this had everything we needed. I would consider staying again.
