Loved the lady at the front desk. She was super nice and helpful . We came way too early but she helped us figure out what to do. Let us store our luggage and she was able to get the room ready when we came back from an excursion

Get What You Pay For

We got the last room in the hotel (we were told) at the very end of the hall. The soundproofing was so bad we could hear the traffic on the road outside all night and also we could hear everyone tromping up and down the staircase located right next to the room.

La primera vez fue del 31 dic al 4 enero 2024,y me asignaron un cuarto en segundo piso cuando se terminó la transacción, me informo NO HABIA ACENSOR Y QUE NO HABIA QUIEN ME AYUDARA lo arreglaron al 4to dia ...al segundo dia fui al front desk y habia otra dama le pregunte por otra habitación en primer piso y me cambio...incluso me ayudaron con las maletas...es EXCELENTE HOTEL REGRESÉ LA PRÓXIMA SEMANA Y TODO BIEN...
