Home & A'Wey is a conveniently located stylish townhouse, situated just a short walk to Weymouth harbour, town and sandy beach. Arranged over three floors, there are three great size bedrooms along with one family bathroom. There is a large, enclosed rear garden perfect for your four legged friends, with relaxed seating and BBQ - ideal for enjoying the long summer evenings!

Enjoy a relaxed family holiday in this spacious three storey townhouse, fully equipped with everything you'll need for a seaside holiday in Weymouth. The property is centrally located, just a short walk into Weymouth harbour and beach in one direction, and onto the Rodwell Trail in the other. The Rodwell Trail is perfect for dog walks and cycling. The trail runs all the way to Portland, with coffee stops at Sandsfoot Castle and Billy Winters in between, it is a great day out all year round! The large lawned garden at the rear of the house is fully enclosed, perfect for pets and children. The garden also benefits from outside seating, along with a dining area and BBQ.

Back inside, the house is comfortable and spacious with three large bedrooms arranged over two floors; 2 doubles and 1 twin. The king size bedrooms both have Smart TV's. On the first floor is the family bathroom.

There is a cosy living room on the ground floor at the front of the house, with easy sofa seating, a feature fireplace and a smart TV. Through to the back of the house is the well equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and stools along with a dining table to seat six. The house is perfect for a family looking to get together to celebrate a special occasion, or even friends looking for a weekend away in Dorset!

There is unrestricted on street parking outside the property and further parking available in the nearby residential streets. Pets welcome!

From ASDA Weymouth, follow boot hill up taking the right hand lane, turning right onto Chickerell Rd. Follow Chickerell Rd until just before you reach the bridge and traffic lights. Home A'Wey is on your left, if you can park on the road in front of the house. If there isn't space, drive under the bridge and take the first left into Prince of Wales Rd, there is unrestricted on street parking here.

Home and away

Excellent location and a lovely property. Weymouth was a very dog friendly place too.
